Our Mision

We open doors of opportunity for Latino students in the tri-state area by providing scholarships, educational programs, and career pathways that empower them to thrive, lead, and uplift their communities.

Initiatives

From awarding academic scholarships that fuel educational dreams to hosting vibrant cultural celebrations, leadership trainings, and fundraising campaigns, LOEF creates opportunities that uplift, unite, and inspire. Every initiative reflects a deep commitment to equity, education, and the power of collective impact.

Scholarships

  • All students with Hispanic/Latino heritage can and should apply
  • Student or parents should reside in the greater Cincinnati Metro area, tri-state area of Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky.
  • Recipient will complete five (5) hours (minimum) of community service

  • Case studies that celebrate architecture.

Washington Youth Leadership Seminar

  • It is typically held in October
  • A multi-phase leadership initiative combining training, community projects, and a leadership conference.
  • LOEF will send at least one high school senior each year
